About the Role:
We're seeking a Pathway Associate to join our sustainment team, playing a vital role in facilitating the onboarding process and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the tenancies our members and Beam have diligently worked to secure. Your contribution is instrumental in providing our members with the stability essential for a safe and secure life. Collaborating closely with our dedicated caseworkers, you'll ensure that our 'Members'Â receive the necessary support and resources to maintain their tenancies.Â

Member’s First Point of Contact: serving as the initial point of contact for any issues related to housing and tenancy for our members, offering timely assistance and guidance.
Assisting with Benefit and Bills: supporting members in signing up for benefits, managing bills, and addressing any housing-related needs to ensure they have the necessary support for sustainable living.

Providing Personalised Support: Provide personalised 1-1 support to members as needed, offering guidance and assistance tailored to their individual circumstances and challenges.
You are:
Emotionally Resilient: Navigate challenging cases and offer unwavering support to members in tough situations. This involves staying composed, providing empathetic guidance, and assisting members to overcome obstacles and sustain their tenancies.
Organised: Adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities for timely and comprehensive member support.
Proactive and Determined: Takes initiative and demonstrates a proactive mindset in assisting individuals to maintain stable housing, recognising the impact of their efforts to secure housing through Beam.
Empathetic: Demonstrate empathy and understanding towards members' challenges, fostering a supportive and compassionate atmosphere.
Good Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with members and address housing-related concerns effectively.
Detail-Oriented: Possess a great attention to detail, entering accurate data to prioritise focus effectively and assisting with paperwork to set members up for success.
Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and caseworkers to provide holistic member support and enhance the chances of maintaining their tenancy.
