Magic Notes is Beam’s first AI product and latest innovation in the sector, as Beam’s first Tech Recruiter, you’ll leave a lasting legacy by forming teams (often from scratch) that build revolutionary technology. Join and play a key part in how technology is democratised to support those that need it most.

You’ll be

• Hiring incredible people - owning the full end-to-end process for various tech roles: launching a first class kick off, building the process and closing offers

• Using data - using data to inform all areas of the funnel and drive decision making

• Defining our employer brand - building a unique employer brand to technical talent to reflect a unique business

• Building excellent relationships - you’ll partner with various teams inside Beam, as well as external candidates excited by our mission

• Driving diversity and equity - those we support reflect all walks of society and we’re proud to have a truly diverse team at Beam, we want to raise the bar for equitable hiring in startups

• Innovating - constantly sharing new ideas and challenging the way we work

You are

• A tech talent expert - someone who has helped to scale a (or many) tech startup(s), running hiring processes that accurately identify high-performing tech talent

• A sourcing expert - a true hunter with a great workrate when it comes to running complex, creative searches to source the best passive talent into Beam

• Passionate - excited by Beam’s mission to support underserved people through AI and are ready to inspire others to join and help achieve the mission

• Creative - brimming with ideas for how we can hire the best talent in new ways
